Events 2025

Scientific exchange, continuing professional development, updates from international congresses (ASCO and ESMO), and strong interdisciplinary networking defined the Swiss Cancer Institute’s event programme in 2025.

The Swiss Cancer Institute organised a series of high-quality meetings, workshops and symposia that brought together experts from academia and industry. These events facilitated structured scientific exchange and promoted interdisciplinary collaboration, helping translate current developments in oncology and haematology into clinical practice.

A key component of this year’s programme was the in-depth discussion and analysis of the latest findings from international specialist congresses, particularly the ASCO and ESMO meetings. These updates, which were incorporated into our events, enabled us to place global scientific advances into a national context and assess their relevance for the Swiss oncology community in a timely manner.
